- Prices are displayed on the application page for each service, event, and court booking. Displayed prices include consumption tax unless otherwise stated.
- Fees Other Than the Sale Price
- If any charges apply in addition to the sale price, they will be shown on the application page for the relevant service.
- Payment Methods
- Online payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. * Available payment methods are limited to those shown on the payment screen at the time of booking or application. * Available payment methods may be added or changed in the future.
- Payment Timing
- Payment is processed at the time of booking or application for each service. For monthly subscription services, payment is processed at the time of the initial application and is then charged automatically each month on the payment date specified for that service.
- Service Delivery
- Court bookings, lessons, academy sessions, events, and similar services are provided on the date and at the time specified at the time of booking or application.
- Cancellations and Changes
- Bookings and applications for each service are subject to the cancellation policy established by PADEL DOJO. For cancellation and change deadlines and any cancellation fees, please refer to the cancellation policy for each service displayed at the time of booking or application. Due to the nature of the services, refunds cannot be provided once a service has been delivered.
- Formation of a Booking or Application
- A booking or application for a service is concluded when the online booking or application is completed and payment has been confirmed.
- Recurring Subscription Services
- For monthly school and academy programs, the contract term, fees, renewal and continuation conditions, and cancellation procedures are displayed on the application page for each program.
