PADEL DOJO Terms of Use

Chapter 1 — General Provisions (All Users)

Article 1 (Purpose)

PADEL DOJO (hereinafter, "the Club") aims to promote the health, skill development, and mutual friendship of its users through padel-centered sports activities. The Club also strives to provide a safe and comfortable sports environment and to operate a facility that can be used on a continuing basis.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

The Club may be used by those who meet all of the following conditions: 1. Persons who understand and agree to these terms 2. Persons who are not restricted from exercise by a physician, or who have determined at their own responsibility that they can exercise 3. Persons who are not affiliated with organized crime groups, anti-social forces, or similar organizations 4. Other persons not deemed unsuitable by the Club If facts contrary to the above come to light, the Club may suspend use or revoke membership.

Article 3 (Disclaimer)

1. The Club shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, theft, or loss arising from use of the Club, except in cases of the Club's willful misconduct or gross negligence. 2. Users shall manage their own health sufficiently before using the facility, and shall refrain from use when unwell. 3. Management of valuables and personal belongings is the responsibility of each user; the Club bears no liability for loss or theft within the facility.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

The following actions are prohibited at the Club: 1. Abusive language, defamation, harassment, or intimidating behavior toward other users or staff 2. Unauthorized business activities, solicitation, or religious/political activities within the facility 3. Holding lessons or events without permission 4. Intentional or grossly negligent damage to the facility, equipment, or fixtures 5. Playing under the influence of alcohol or dangerous behavior 6. Any action that causes a nuisance to other users 7. Any other action the Club deems inappropriate Violations may result in immediate removal, suspension of use, revocation of membership (forced withdrawal), or similar measures.

Article 5 (Photography and Social Media Use)

1. The Club may use photographs and videos taken inside the facility for its promotional activities (website, social media, advertising, etc.). 2. If you do not wish to appear, please notify staff in advance. 3. Photography by users must fully respect the privacy of other users; unauthorized photography or posting is prohibited.

Chapter 2 — Lesson (School) Terms

Article 6 (Enrollment and Fees)

1. The school operates on a monthly fee basis, charged automatically by credit card on the 1st of each month. 2. Enrollment fees, monthly fees, and other charges are non-refundable for any reason. 3. If payment cannot be confirmed, lesson attendance may be declined.

Article 7 (Absences and Make-Up Lessons)

1. To cancel attendance at a lesson, please complete the procedure via the prescribed method (member system, etc.) at least 2 hours before the lesson starts. 2. If notice is not given by the above deadline, the absence is deemed an "unnotified absence" and the right to a make-up lesson is forfeited. 3. Make-up lessons are valid for 5 months from the date of the absence. 4. Because make-up slots have capacity limits, your preferred date and time may not be available.

Article 8 (Withdrawal and Leave of Absence) — Important

1. To withdraw from or take leave from the school, please submit the prescribed form by the 10th of the month preceding the desired month. 2. Applications by telephone, verbally, or via social media are not accepted as valid procedures. 3. If the deadline is missed, the following month's monthly fee will be charged. (Regarding Leave of Absence) 1. Leave of absence may be taken for up to 3 months. 2. No new make-ups accrue during a leave of absence, and existing make-ups cannot be used. 3. Even when a leave of absence is taken, the make-up validity period will not be extended. (Regarding Withdrawal) 1. After withdrawal, all unused make-up lessons become invalid. 2. Please use any remaining make-ups before withdrawing.

Article 9 (Expulsion)

The Club may revoke membership in the following cases: 1. When fees are in arrears for 2 or more months 2. When these terms are violated 3. When the Club otherwise deems a member unsuitable

Chapter 3 — Court Use (Rental) Terms

Article 10 (Reservation and Use)

1. Court use must be completed within the reserved time, including setup, clean-up, and departure. 2. Extension fees apply if the reserved time is exceeded. 3. Late arrival does not entitle the user to an extension or refund.

Article 11 (Usage Fees)

1. Usage fees follow the price list posted on the Club's website or on-site. 2. Campaigns and long-duration discounts are subject to the conditions set by the Club.

Article 12 (Cancellation Policy)

Cancellation fees apply as follows: ・Up to 5 days before the date of use: free ・Day-before cancellation: 50% of the usage fee ・Same-day cancellation: 100% of the usage fee

Article 13 (Usage Rules)

1. Unauthorized lessons or commercial events on rental courts are prohibited. 2. During evening hours (after 8 PM), please be mindful of noise out of consideration for neighbors. 3. Drone use is prohibited. 4. Please follow staff instructions for safe and smooth operation.

Chapter 4 — Facility Use and Safety

Article 14 (Safety Management)

1. Use of the facility when unwell is prohibited. 2. When using the facility, please wear clothing and footwear suitable for exercise. 3. Please follow the Club's instructions regarding infection control and similar measures.

Chapter 5 — Damages and Usage Restrictions

Article 15 (Damages)

If a user damages the facility, equipment, or fixtures, actual costs such as repair fees may be charged.

Article 16 (Usage Restrictions)

In the event of a violation of these terms, the Club may suspend use, remove the user from the facility, or ban future use.

Chapter 6 — Amendment of Terms

Article 17 (Changes to Terms)

1. These terms may be changed without prior notice as required for operations. 2. The amended terms take effect when announced on the Club's website or via on-site notices. 3. Users are deemed to have agreed to the amendments upon using the facility after the change.

Important Items (Agreed at Application)

In using the Club, you agree to the following: ・Monthly fees and other charges are non-refundable ・No make-up lesson is available in case of unnotified absence ・Withdrawal procedures must be completed by the 10th of the previous month ・Injuries during facility use are generally the user's own responsibility ・Measures such as suspension of use may be taken in the event of violations
