PADEL DOJO Facility Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions of use for the safe and smooth operation of the Facility. Users shall use the Facility upon agreeing to these terms.
Article 2 (Eligibility)
Only those who agree to these terms may use the Facility. Minors require the consent of a parent or guardian.
Article 3 (Reservations & Use)
The person who made the reservation shall be responsible for their use. Reserved time is limited to the booked period; all preparation, clean-up, and departure must be completed within the reserved time. Please finish using the court before the end of your reserved time for the next user. Additional fees may be charged if the reserved time is exceeded. Even if the user arrives late or the start of use is delayed for any reason, the reserved time will not be extended nor will fees be reduced.
Article 4 (Fees)
Court usage fees are based on the price list published on the Facility's website. Please refer to the price list on the website for the latest rates. A long-duration discount set by the Facility may apply when booking consecutive hours in the same time slot. However, the long-duration discount does not apply when additional reservations are made after play has ended or when separate additional bookings are made apart from the original reservation. For reservations that span different rate categories (e.g., daytime and nighttime rates), fractional amounts may arise due to calculation. In such cases, fees will be rounded up to the nearest 10 yen.
Article 5 (Cancellation)
Users wishing to cancel or change a reservation must do so by 23:59, five days before the date of use. Cancellations made after this deadline are subject to the following cancellation fees: ・Cancellation up to the day before the date of use: 50% of the usage fee ・Cancellation on the day of use: 100% of the usage fee
Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)
The following actions are prohibited: ・Dangerous or nuisance behavior ・Violence or intimidation ・Intentional or negligent damage to facility or equipment ・Unauthorized commercial use or profit-making activities ・Unauthorized lessons or coaching on rental courts ・Unauthorized events ・Drone use ・Disturbance to neighbors or other users ・Excessive noise (loud voices, cheering, continuous noise) after 8 PM ・Hitting balls outside the court in a manner that is intentional or compromises safety ・Playing under the influence of alcohol ・Failure to follow staff instructions
Article 7 (Alcohol Sales)
Alcohol is sold per the Facility's rules. Alcohol will not be sold to persons under 20 years of age. Identification may be required for age verification. Sales will be refused if age cannot be verified. Playing under the influence of alcohol is prohibited. Persons causing disturbance to other users or neighbors may be asked to leave.
Article 8 (Safety Management & Infection Control)
Use of the Facility when feeling unwell is prohibited. Users with symptoms such as fever, cough, or fatigue that may indicate infection should refrain from using the Facility. Users are responsible for managing their own health. Users must follow the Facility's infection control rules. Users must wear appropriate athletic clothing and sports footwear. Use of attire that compromises safety or footwear that may damage the Facility is prohibited.
Article 9 (Changing Rooms & Personal Belongings)
Use of changing rooms, lockers, and similar facilities is at the user's own responsibility. Users are responsible for managing their own valuables and personal belongings. The Facility is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.
Article 10 (Damages & Liability Exemption)
If a user damages, soils, or breaks facility equipment or furnishings through intent or negligence, the Facility may charge for repair costs, replacement costs, and any resulting business losses. The Facility is not liable for injuries, accidents, theft, or loss occurring on the premises, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Facility. The Facility is not involved in and bears no liability for disputes between users. The Facility is not liable for operational disruptions caused by natural disasters, equipment failure, social circumstances, or other force majeure events.
Article 11 (Photography, SNS & Portrait Rights)
The Facility may use photographs, videos, and other media taken on the premises for promotional purposes (SNS, website, advertisements, etc.). Users who do not wish to be featured should notify the Facility in advance. Commercial photography, streaming, or monetization by users requires prior permission.
Article 12 (Removal, Suspension & Usage Ban)
In the event of a violation of these terms, the Facility may issue a warning, require immediate removal, suspend usage, or take other measures against the user. Serious violations, repeated violations, or actions that interfere with Facility operations may result in a temporary or indefinite usage ban (barring from entry). If it is discovered that a banned user has made proxy reservations or reservations under a third party's name, the same measures will apply. Decisions regarding usage bans are at the Facility's discretion. The Facility bears no liability for any damages incurred by the user as a result of such measures.
Supplementary Provisions
These terms are effective as of March 1, 2026. These terms may be revised as necessary. Revised terms will be announced via facility notices or official channels, and will take effect on the date of announcement.
